Problem
Choosing a solar site takes more than the long-term average: how much output swings season to season and year to year matters just as much.
What I did
I built hindcast models in R that reconstruct past solar conditions over a long record, so variability could be studied over far more years than a site has measured.
Result
Variability and site-suitability analysis for prospective solar sites.
